The company's production base is located at No. 7, Jin Qiao South Road, Jiaomei Town, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province, with a total construction area exceeding 10,000 m². The workforce consists of 50 to 60 employees. The company employs industry-leading processing technologies and advanced equipment, including automated production lines, oil-electric hybrid CNC bending machines, welding robots, handheld laser welders, metal deburring and chamfering machines, fiber laser cutters, CNC bending machines, Dongcheng cutting machines, and TIG welders, ensuring high quality, precision, and aesthetic finish in its products. In terms of product quality, the company has obtained ISO9001 international quality management system certification and fully integrates this standard into every operational process. Senior management holds weekly quality review meetings to thoroughly analyze each fault and quality issue reported by the quality control and after-sales service departments, implementing corrective actions promptly. All products undergo rigorous inspection and testing before leaving the factory.
